The unbeatable location at the top of Rodeo Drive, the glamour and grandeur of the design, the lavish spa and, of course, the Pretty Woman connection. The hotel's Renaissance façade features in the movie – Julia Roberts strides into the hotel after her run-in with the snooty Rodeo shop assistants. We also like the way the hotel's history is entwined with that of the local community: the hotel has kept pace with Beverly Hills as it has grown from being a tiny suburb of Los Angeles to being one of the world's most glamorous places to shop.
